Week 1 session 1.
Already feeling tired from the first running session. I thought run and walk would be a piece of cake but I thought wrong.
A lot tougher than I imagined it to be. But at least I have started on it instead of just saying I would. More sessions to come…
Jogged today and processed some photos.

Just haven’t found a nice place to capture the “AMK” feeling.

Maybe the night scene will do better?
I should do the overdue write up for Ippudo. The pictures that I saw on HungryGoWhere did no justice to the actual ramen. Not that it was great though.
Almost killed myself again while jogging. Was close to passing out on the road.
Thank God I made it back home to blog about it.

Yes! My very own Asics. Been wanting to get a pair for the longest time, never got around to getting it because of the prohibitive price. Finally made time this afternoon to Queensway Shopping Centre for the shoes.
What everyone say about the prices there is true. The shoes might be tagged as $199, but when you ask them for the “real” price, it will be about 20%-30% less than what is shown. I got mine for $151! Which is like a good $40 less. Worth every minute of my time spent travelling down there.
As expected, my first run was pretty horrible. Took 30 minutes to cover roughly 4km. It is more like a walk than a run. Time to exercise more!
